Zac Smith from Oconee County Emergency Services will be discussing important topics that the citizens of Oconee County need to be aware of in the event of an emergency. Zac will be discussing the importance of addressing signs, emergency preparedness/planning, hands only CPR, and Stop the Bleed. All topics to be discussed are issues that we see every day as first responders. To help you as citizens, emergency personnel need the public's help.
