Join us for a 2-day camp that is intense (not in tents). TradeWind Coffee and The Roastery are opening the doors to our cafe and roastery businesses to host high school students and recent graduates (including class of 2020 graduates!) Class begins at 8:00am with breakfast each day, and concludes at 12:00pm Students will learn about the history of coffee and geographical considerations for the development of the world's 2nd largest commodity. You'll also learn the process of sourcing, roasting and serving various coffees. Campers will go home with knowledge and hands-on experience, along with your own batches of roasted coffee from class and a limited-edition camp t-shirt. Breakfast will also be included each morning.
