We are currently engaged in planning & organizing a Seniors Community Resource Fair and would greatly appreciate your attendance and participation. This year's fair will be held on Saturday, June 17th at. Berks Latino Workforce Development Corporation 450 South 6th Street, Reading PA, 19602. It will run from 9:30am - 12pm. Set up will begin at 8am. The success of this event is dependent upon the involvement and cooperation among local organizations like you. This fair is designed to benefit our seniors by giving them the opportunity to attend various informational exhibits, obtain pamphlets, learn of summer employment for caregivers and other materials. Vendor registration no later than June 2nd, 2023. Upon receipt of the registration form, our office will send you a confirmation email with day of event details. We ask that each vendor keep their display limited to one table or upright display. There will be door prizes taking place at the event.
