His first solo album,Country Grammar, peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 after debuting at No. 3. The immediate success associated with his first album helped Nelly garner a substantial fanbase as well as critical acclaim. From there, Nelly continued to produce hit after hit, crossing into other genres, including his country collaboration with Tim McGraw , and displaying his diverse talent.
