Sarah Kapit is the author of numerous titles for middle-grade readers. Her debut novel, GET A GRIP, VIVY COHEN!, was selected as a Schneider Family Honor title and won the Washington State Book Award. SECOND CHANCE SUMMER, her most recent book, is a Junior Library Guild Selection. In her past life, Sarah earned a PhD in History from the University of California, Los Angeles. She currently lives in Bellevue, Washington with her partner and a goofy orange cat.
Once upon a time, Kelly Jones was a librarian and a bookseller. Now, she writes novels for young people and takes care of a few hilarious chickens.
