**First ten people to sign up get a free boba tea at the end of class**
-This is a lighthearted stretch and breath-focused class that will incorporate fun elements of our love of metal music and monsters.
-It's a low-intensity class and is beginner-focused. Lots of explanations will be given to get into poses and connect to your breathing.
-We'll be doing this class in the outdoor seating area in front of I Scream Sundae (which is a concrete pad, no shade). Feel free to bring extra blankets/mats for cushion. We'll likely avoid lots of poses on the hard ground, though. We can also use the chairs for seated poses, which can be a lot of fun, and a great option!
-The forecast will likely be in the low-to-mid 60s at 11am, but please make sure to check the forecast before you head out, that day. Dress for movement, and something that will keep you comfy at this temperature.
-Please bring your own mat if you have one, and a bottle of water. We'll have a few extras, but not enough for everyone. Blankets, towels, yoga blocks, straps and any props you want to use are highly encouraged. We'll be talking about prop use and modifications in this class a bit. Keep in mind some yoga mats are made with latex, in case you have an allergy or sensitivity.
-Questions are also highly encouraged! The goal is to have fun and help you feel empowered in your practice-whether it's your first class or your thousandth.
