June 11th - We meet at the Read Schoolhouse, 1670 Flat River Road, Coventry, RI. Learn the history of this one room schoolhouse, and what school was like for kids of the day. Make a quill pen to take home. July 16th - Enjoy Sunday afternoon on the breezy Paine House lawn, 7 Station Street, Coventry, RI and master basic soap making skills. August 13th - Summer time means lots of fresh vegetables. Canning and preserving those veggies was very important in the 1800s. Lets make some pickles you can share at home with your family.
