Description

We will have lunch catered by Qdoba, a build-your-own burrito bowl (chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream, various salsas and toppings). Cold water bottles will be available. Lunch will be ready at noon. It's about a 10 minute walk from the convention center to the church. The parish hall is right inside and is wheelchair accessible. Around 1 pm, we will have a brief program where we will hear about upcoming recommendations to Annual Conference, hear about upcoming activities, and learn about resources available to support folks during this season of disaffiliation. The program will conclude at 1:30 to give us time to make our way back to the convention center for the afternoon session. The suggested donation is $13/person to cover the cost of the meal and the rental fee. There will also be a tip jar for the caterer staff. We will be happy to take cash and checks but will try to have a cashless option. Please sign up and share how many you are signing up for BY MAY 30 so we can get a headcount. See you then!
