About the Chef:Phil Ibrahim has been cooking since childhood and has learned from prestigious kitchens across the world. Now, he wants to bring new cultural experiences back to Indiana, starting in Fishers Test Kitchen. Phil's concept honors his heritage and will be called Lí Pū Kang, his Chinese name.
He has two goals: ease people into trying more culturally adventurous food and inspire the urge to venture out and find the origins of these flavors. Phil knows we experience the world through our plates, and if the itch to travel can result from his food, that's perfect!
Phil is ultimately aiming at an audience of people excited to try a fresh take on the Asian food we're used to and share this new experience to friends and family.
