The Walk & Roll Movement Moai utilizes movement-based activities to give a focus and framework to the process of developing healthy circles of friends. The benefits of doing physical activities and spending time with a group of friends helps make lasting positive healthy changes. *Meet at entrance to Ford House, 45035 Main St, Mendocino CA. Trail is a less accessible path than previous walks. Not recommended if you use a walker or manual wheelchair.This will be the last session in the Walk & Roll Movement Moai series.
