Bar has beverages covered. ***Tons Of Fun Band*** TOFB brings its signature “Horn Band” sound to venues large and small throughout the Midwest and beyond! This band of brothers has the chops, energy and enthusiasm to truly earn its name Tons ‘O Fun The Tons ‘O Fun Band (TOFB) is a product of the renowned Champaign-Urbana music scene and has been a mainstay for over two decades. TOFB fills the stage with ten talented and experienced musicians including a powerful four piece horn section. While the horns give TOFB its distinctive edge, three lead vocalists creates the ability to deliver a wide variety of classics remembered and loved by young and old alike but rarely produced by others. Tons ‘O Fun is lead by trumpeter “Big Daddy” Steve Shaw on trumpet & back up vocals. Rounding out the horn section is “Rocket Man” Bill Jean on trumpet, “Dr Funky” Jonny Becket on saxes, and Matt “Bones” Flynn on trombone. The rhythm section consists of “The Groove Meister” Larry Fredrickson on drums, Scotty “Showtime” Karlstom on bass, “JOJO” Joe Ingolia lead guitar & vocals, “Preach” Scott Stanifer keys & vocals, Jenny Carpenter lead & back up vocals, Jeff Carpenter on percussion.
