Dear Potential Sponsor, I am excited to introduce the 1st Annual Broderick Washington Youth Football Camp, a free, non-contact camp for youth ages 5-15 in Longview, Texas. Our goal is to provide a positive and memorable football experience for every camper, coach, and parent. The camp will be held on July 1st, 2023, from 8 am-1 pm at Longview High School and is expected to host over 200 young athletes. To ensure a successful event, we seek the support of local businesses and individuals who share our values. We are requesting your sponsorship for the camp, which will provide camp t-shirts, goodie bags, hydration, and nutrition to each camper. Any donation, large or small, will be greatly appreciated. By supporting our 1st Annual event, you will be making a difference in the lives of student-athletes and families in underserved communities.
