Who: The event is for forestland owners, managers and stakeholders, hosted by the Sonoma County Forest Conservation Working Group
Forestland owners, managers and interested community members are encouraged to attend this hands-on, educational event!
Cost: General admission tickets for the event cost $40, which includes lunch for both days. This price is subsidized by the County of Sonoma. Discounted tickets ($20) are available at checkout for seniors and students. Interested participants who do not fall into one of those categories are encouraged to email the conference team at [email protected] to inquire about economic hardship discounts and/or volunteer opportunities.
Why should you attend the conference?
1. You will participate in interactive workshops, covering a wide range of topics that matter to landowners.
2. You will hear from a range of experts, such as other landowners, resource managers, forest and fire ecologists, community organizations and leaders, public agencies, and conservation organizations.
3. You will walk away from the event with an actionable plan to make changes on your land.
The aim of the conference is to provide those who live and work in Sonoma County’s forests with the practical knowledge needed to manage forests.
