Come try something new and join California State Parks Staff on an easy, introductory kayak tour of the shores of Candlestick Point State Recreation Area! Learn about the fascinating human history of the point from the days of the Ohlone to the present, and how the landscape of the point has changed throughout time. Discover the numerous bird species that depend on this important refuge in an urban area. Dress in layers, wear shoes you are comfortable getting wet, and bring water and sun protection.
