Description
We will continue our journey around the world by visiting India! Although we might not use our fingers to eat, it is customary in India, and its actually FUN - but we will use our cutlery. Indian food contains some of the healthiest super spices & ingredients such as ginger - used for improved digestion and boosting the immune system, and turmeric - known for improving cognitive function and fighting inflammation. Lentils, beans or peas known as dal, and rice are also customary in Indian cuisine and we know how good legumes & whole grains are for us! Of course I will throw some veggies in there. Specifically we will explore the coastal state of Kerala which is a part of the Malabar Coast in the southwest of India.
