ACTORS THEATER For Film and Television is for serious actors are who are interested in pursuing or furthering their acting career in television and film. We will discuss techniques, technical aspects to acting, putting performances on film, how to put together a strong self-tape, what not to do, how best to procure an agent or manager, and more.. John does not teach a theoretical approach to acting. He teaches the nuts and bolts of how to audition and act on camera. In addition, John teaches students the business strategies, techniques and mindset needed for long term success as an actor.
John Pallotta offers his Philadelphia Acting Classes and his actors are given opportunities they won’t find in any other acting class, including intensive camera work and on-set, on-location study, where students get a chance to explore all facets of film work, from lighting, sound, location scouting and directing to working with each other on camera on a professional set. You put all this together and the result, we’ve found, is students coming out of our studio more prepared for not just the business, but life in general.
