Be part of Southwest Arkansas’s premier arts festival! The third annual Arkadelphia Festival of the Arts (@AFOTA23) is set for October 13 and 14 in downtown Arkadelphia, Arkansas. AFOTA is a high-energy arts festival that strives to bring the region’s best culinary, musical and visual artists together. As the festival enters its third year, event coordinators anticipate 4,800-5,200 attendees over the course of the two-day event. FOOD TRUCK VENDOR INFOMRATION Food vendors must be open and ready to sell during the following hours: Friday: 3 PM - 11 PM and Saturday: 11 AM - 11 PM Food vendors MUST supply event coordinators with a Health Department Certificate within seven business days of registering for the event. Food vendors MUST comply or they will not be able to sell at AFOTA. Refunds will not be issued for failing to meet this requirement.VENDORS WILL NEED TO SUPPLY:Generators/electrical service.Holding tanks for water, as needed.Ice use, as needed.Volunteers will be available to vendors for set-up and breakdown before and after the event. TIPS & TRICKS FOR VENDORS: Vendors are encouraged to bring battery-powered lights/lanterns to set up in or around truck to add a festive effect.Provide photos of menu items with the City of Arkadelphia marketing team within seven business days of registering for the event. Share photos of truck/booth on social media using the hashtag, #afota23, and tagging the AFOTA social media channels using @afota23 or #AFOTA23OTHER INFOMRAITON: The City of Arkadelphia's Special Events Committee reserves the right to refuse the participation of any applicant deemed inappropriate for this event. The City of Arkadelphia's Special Events Committee reserves the right to ask a food truck vendor to leave. If asked to leave by the Special Events Committee, payment will not be refunded. Sales tax forms will be provided upon arrival and should be returned at the end of the event to event coordinators. The City of Arkadelphia and event volunteers are not liable for injury or damage to persons or property. **By registering for AFOTA, vendors acknowledge they have read, understand and will abide by all the conditions and terms of this agreement by processing this vendor participation form.**
