Come out and join us as we come together and celebrate with our local community. An opportunity to learn more about the resources located in the area, ask questions that help better understand different medications, address stigmas to assist an individual's mental health, and formulate a support system that can eradicate the loneliness created due to unfortunate circumstances. Ms. Jill C. said it best “There is no way to be the perfect mother but a million ways to be a good one.” This month we want to celebrate the Mothers! Being a mom doesn’t come with instructions but when you think they have reached the capacity of their resourcefulness and grit, they pull out superpowers we didn't even know they had. Also, our guest speaker Mr. Sam Delgado with Job with Justice and Primary Care Access Network will present and discuss the changes to Medicaid access that’s occurred over the last few years. They will give updates to those who are currently enrolled under Medicaid on how to navigate to update their information if they are still qualified and provide other helpful options for people that are no longer qualified.
