In this workshop, diversity, equity and inclusion consultant, Kelvin Alfaro, will introduce how to set SMART goals that are not only “Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound,” but also “Equity-minded and Racially Just.” Through interactive exercises and discussions, participants will explore the ways in which systemic oppression can impact goal setting and learn how to use an equity-minded and racially just lens to set SMARTER goals that promote fairness and inclusivity. You’ll also gain tools to evaluate your progress and ensure that your goals align with your values and commitment to social justice.
