Jay Manwell’s songwriting is rooted in both storytelling and social commentary that most people can relate to and hopefully find peace in. Their debut single ‘I Got It Bad’ is a song that many can relate to when it comes to being stuck in the friend zone with that special person. The song clearly paints a vivid picture within the lyrics on how much of an inner battle/struggle this can really be. Jay Manwell have much more music on the way for 2023 and are ready to push their sound with every lyric and note.
