Start: Trenton Transit Center Finish: Lawrenceville Distance: 12-32mi Where to find us: North lobby of the station Optional endpoints: End of the Johnson Line 12mi (606 bus back to Trenton) Terrain: paved, some dirt and grass trail Transit: NJTransit rail or bus to Trenton Return: 606 bus to Trenton station Parking: Lots and garages near station in Trenton Difficulty: Advanced Category: nature, urban Coordinator: Charles Updike Walk the old Johnson trolley line, visit a farmers market and the world's largest microdairy, the site of all trans-Atlantic voice and electronic communication during World War II, and explore the newly completed LHT in Mercer County.  We will stop early in the walk for the best ice cream around, all natural and made fresh on site.  After the first ten miles, things get rural in a hurry and there is no mass transit for about 15 miles.  Plenty of bathrooms!  Those who finish can join us for pizza before the bus back to town. The 9/11 National Memorial Trail is a network of over 1,300 miles of trails connecting New York City, the Pentagon and Shanksville, Pennsylvania, in tribute to the heroes who perished on September 11, 2001, and the heroes who, in response, answered the call for their country.
