Holly's presentation will take place from 9:15-11:15am on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at The Pioneer Barn, 21 Sunset Hill Road, Sugar Hill, NH. Sponsored by the Easton and Sugar Hill Conservation Commissions. After her presentation in The Pioneer Barn, participants will walk along the edge of the woods, through the fields, and through her garden area to identify the plants that she recommends. Holly Hayward, a member of the Sugar Hill Conservation Commission, has been a practicing community herbalist, organic gardener, wildcrafter and health educator for the past 37 years. Her apothecary, Sugar Hill Botanicals, was founded in 1986 to provide North Country residents access to quality, organic, hand-crafted herbal products. She specializes in teaching classes on a wide range of subjects to educate people in the safe and effective uses of herbal medicine based on both traditional teachings and current scientific research and data.
