TARGETED AUDIENCE: BIPOC-identified Parents and Students of the Pittsburgh Public Schools; and Community Organizations that serve the Pittsburgh Public Schools. We would like you to participate in a focus group session and share your perspective on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Pittsburgh Sci-Tech. Our goal at the focus group session is to assess the degree to which sustained collaboration with African American students, families, and communities creates trusting relationships, engagement, voice, and meaningful participation. We have secured MGT Consulting Group, our consulting firm, who will conduct two focus group sessions for the three (3) targeted audiences. They will seek to understand our barriers and opportunities regarding pervasive inequities relevant to you.
