The GFWC Coral Gables Woman's Club and the Woman's Club of Coconut Grove present an interactive self-defense seminar with Sensei Carol White. Please wear loose fitting clothing. Shanika Ampah, human trafficking survivor, will be the guest speaker. Refreshments will be served. Proceeds to benefit Guiding Light Outreach, Inc, a nonprofit organization that serves the community by addressing social issues and traumatic events. Your mind is your best weapon of self defense. In this class You will learn the AID method. Avoid Ignore Defend Learn nuts & bolts, fun, easy, self defense techniques standing up & from the ground where 90 percent of attacks end up.
