Most organizations are working to improve their efforts in addressing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion issues, both within their systems and in their outreach. It can feel daunting for a small non-profit with limited funds and little experience in the DEI space.
In this two-part seminar, you will learn to make sure you are providing more than lip service to these critical concepts and aspirations. We will take steps to improve your interactions with those of varied race, culture, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, socioeconomic and housing status, religion, and disability. We will address areas for improvement, and elements of DEI-informed services, and move closer toward your agency being responsive to all populations.
