Description

As we head into Autumn, we will use up some of the tomatoes grown at Chez Lindsey and learn to braise. The menu will be Gazpacho filled with fresh late summer vegetables and braised short ribs with crispy sage. Finish the meal with complimentary espresso and macarons. $40 per person. Wine and beer available at an additional cost.
