Join our growing yoga community as we explore the philosophy of the Throat Chakra, how to classify its state in yourself and others, and how to use yoga to get it into balance. It is suggested to arrive 10 min early to find your spot. Yoga mats are provided but your yoga mat is welcome! Beginner yogis are welcome with Intermediate enhancement poses suggested. Dress comfortable, bring water and tell a friend.
