On Saturday mornings we run two workouts, an 8:00 a.m. and a 9:30 a.m. Just show up at our studio 10 minutes before either of these workouts to join us for free! (Just sign a quick health waiver before starting)
We run HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workouts run by a certified personal trainer. If your regular workout routine is falling flat or you’re just looking for something fun that WILL ACTUALLY give you results then come try us out!
