❤️ Reno Heart Circle ❤️ @Reno Massage & Wellness ✨ Wednesdays 7pm - 8pm A weekly heart-focused group meditation. Time and space to deepen the connection to your heart, to your community, and to divine love. The circle begins promptly at 7:10pm, outside in The Secret Garden at Reno Massage & Wellness. Please bring a yoga mat, outdoor blanket, pillow, or meditation cushions… whatever you need to be comfy and cozy. 🧘‍♂️🧘🧘‍♀️ Never meditated before? Perfect! This is a great opportunity to learn the basics. Suggested Donation $5 No one will be turned away for lack of funds. If you arrive after the meditation has started, please quietly find your place in the circle, being mindful not to disturb the people around you. ✨🙏
