Meditation Mount will be participating in the 1st annual Mental Wellness Festival of Ventura County, on Saturday, June 3rd. Suburbanoid performs a blissful sound meditation experience in 432Kz tuning featuring sound drones layered with live instruments including: Fusion Sitar, Tibetan singing bowls, guitar with electric bow, Koshi chimes, gong, kalimba, synthesizers, sound loops, and vocals. We will be gathering in the large grassy area at the Ventura Harbor Village. The Sound Meditation will begin at 2:00 pm. Turning Point Foundation, a Local non-profit is the organizer of this unique event. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for adults experiencing serious mental illness, addiction, lack of housing, and inadequate physical health care. They do this through providing health navigation services, rehabilitation, wellness & recovery programs, as well as temporary, transitional, and permanent supported housing in Ventura County.
