Join us as we launch the 2nd Annual LGBTQ+ Youth Pride in Santa Paula as a community gathering and resource fair, celebrating PRIDE Month 🌈 in a welcoming space to engage and empower LGBTQ youth and their allies from the Santa Clara Valley. Rainbow Breakfast is presented by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County, Coalition for Family Harmony, and the Museum of Ventura County and will include Santa Paula’s first openly gay City Council Member Pedro Chavez as emcee along with special guests. A network of other community partners include BRITE, Diversity Collective Ventura County, Interface Children & Family Services, Oxnard LGBTQ+ Community, Planned Parenthood California Central Coast, Pride Clinic, Tay Tunnel, Universalist Unitarian Church of Santa Paula, Ventura County Behavioral Health, and Ventura County Public Health. We invite you to wear your farm inspired attire - the BEST outfit will be acknowledged with a gift card and prizes! ***Please note that this event is not open to the general public and is specifically catered to youth under 24 years of age who reside in the Santa Clara Valley as a way to build community locally. We wish to create an affirming space that respects privacy and one's individual coming out journey which is different for everyone.
