Join us for an energizing and relaxing R&B yoga class, where we'll be flowing to the smooth grooves of your favorite R&B hits. Led by our experienced yoga instructor, Cassie Smith, this class is suitable for all levels and will help you release stress, tension, and anxiety while increasing your flexibility, strength, and balance.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newbie, this R&B yoga class will offer you a unique and uplifting experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired. So come as you are, bring your mat, and let's flow to the groove together!
What to Bring: Yoga mat, Water bottle, Comfortable yoga clothes
Optional: towel, blocks, strap, or any props you like to use
Note: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your mat and settle in. Parking is available on site. Also, we will have sample teas & protein baked goods to follow.
