Description

The Hybrid Athlete Combine (HAC) is a multi-station competition for ages 8-17 to determine how well kids perform at a variety of different exercises and challenges. The events are held at enclosed athletic facilities and will test participants Speed, Strength, Explosive Power, Athleticism, Coordination, and Fitness. There are awards for top performers in each age group as well as t-shirts, Score BIB’s, and completion medals for all participants.
