The Hayward-Tri-City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has served the Tri-City and Southern Alameda County community for over 33 years. Ongoing economic challenges make it increasingly difficult for the students in our communities to obtain and pay for higher education, so for more than a decade HTCAC has provided scholarships to deserving, college-bound students. In our continued effort to help students overcome these challenges, we are hosting our 19th Annual Scholarship Fundraiser, “Music by the Bay” on Sunday, June 4, 2023, at Scott’s Seafood Restaurant Jack London Square in downtown Oakland. The afternoon will include presentation of our 2023 scholarship awards, live and silent auctions, a delicious luncheon, live entertainment and much more!
