Pete Kadushin, the Blackhawks Mental Performance Specialist, & Rachel Nitzarim, a clinical psychologist and faculty member at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, will be leading a workshop designed to teach participants how to create sustainable and healthy habits. You will leave with mental performance strategies that are actionable and scalable. The workshop will be 60 minutes long with 30 minutes allotted for a panel discussion/questions with our speakers at the end.
