In this class the student will be refreshed in basic skills for basic sewing & construction methods and techniques. Using the basic sewing methods that the student already have knowledge of to take it to a mastery level. So the student can be challenged to master more advanced techniques to achieve individual design ideas. Taking proper measurements, understanding fabric, how to use the grain line, preparing the fabric, basic stitches, finishing, choosing the correct seam, machine needles, stitching size, how to avoid stitching problems, and thread.
