Armani's Heroes Big Charity Event is an opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of those in need while enjoying a day of shopping with various vendors and activities for kids. About UsArmani’s Heroes, Incorporated is Happily Helping our Special Needs Community with The Necessities of Everyday Life. We are Moving by Faith, Driven by Integrity and Enriching Every Opportunity for Heroes! Armani’s Heroes, Inc. is a Nonprofit Organization specializing in helping the “Disabled Community” - People with special needs (Heroes) and their families. The organization was founded on January 6, 2020 by Anthony and Clintal Woodfox to honor their daughter, Armani Toni Woodfox - their Real Life Super Hero! Sadly, Armani passed away in her sleep on September 7, 2022. Armani's Big Charity Event was created to be an annual event that will celebrate and honor the beautiful life of Hero Princess Armani. This event will help raise funds and awareness of our Special Needs Community and other nonprofit organizations across Georgia. LocationThe event will be held at Randal S. Mills City Center Park, 949 South Main Street Northeast, Conyers, Georgia. Come out and enjoy the beautiful scenery and the company of like-minded individuals. What to ExpectThere will be plenty of shopping for adults and games for kids, music, and food. You can also participate in our Silent Auction and Raffle to win exciting prizes. All proceeds will go towards supporting our local community to make a positive impact. Join UsDon't miss out on this incredible opportunity to make a difference and have a fun filled day. VendorsEach vendor must pledge to donate 10% of their total sales to an organization of their choice. We are asking each vendor to invite a representative from the organization to the event. The vendor and Representative will be given 5 minutes to introduce themselves, their business and the organization and cause that they are supporting. Vendors will receive one 8' table, 2 chairs, and a booth certificate to identify their table, business and organization. Each table must display information on the foundation that is being supported. This will help the customers to know who you are supporting and their involvement in the community. More vendor details will be emailed upon booking. Sponsors/Partners/DonorsWe are in need of sponsors, partners and donors to help make this event a very successful one for our community. With your help we can do just that! She will assist with what's needed to become a Sponsor, Partner or Donor for Armani's Heroes Big Charity Event. VolunteersVolunteers are needed for setting up, breaking down, cleaning up, operating the bounce house, the photo booth, prop table, cotton candy, snow cones, and popcorn machines. We also need volunteers for assisting vendors and guest, promoting the event, first aid, and more. All volunteers must be 16 or older.
