Explore your power, where it comes from, what may block it, and how to express it in a healthy way! The experience will include a meditation, voice and movement practice, sound healing, and group singing, as well as guidance for the walk. We will meet at the Apotheca parking lot at 5:45 am for a 6 am departure. There are only 7 spots available, so reserve yours now!
