During this 1 hour tour you will get to see the daily life of a farmer and the daily life of being a head of lettuce in a greenhouse. We will show you the different stages of life of your favorite lettuce variety and see how 1 small seed can grow into something big and beautiful! This includes a tour of our seed room and greenhouse, you will also get to meet our tilapia and learn how they play a part in our growing. At the end of the tour each person will be able to harvest their own bag of lettuce to take home!
