Roll into the week with this restorative class — on Monday, May 22nd @ 7pm, we will use a massage recovery ball (think upgraded tennis ball) to release tension. Learn how myofascial release (trigger point work) can be as simple as rolling a ball along tight muscles.
Free class - all you need is your mat and water bottle. A block may be helpful. The instructor will provide the recovery ball.
