About the Venue – La Venture Grove : The beautiful Historic house has outdoor covered porches, a balcony, and a large pavilion with fans and inside central AC. Everyone will have access to these areas to stay cool during breaks. The house also includes 3 bathrooms inside, one port-a-potty outside, and 2 fully furnished living areas in addition to the outdoor spaces that can be used for private consultations requested during break times. The river is accessible by dock. The water is shallow with a soft and sandy bottom; however, water shoes are highly recommended as there are sharp clams. *Swimming is at your own risk.* The property is adorned by the most magnificent iconic oak trees, with billowing Spanish moss. It is often frequented by various birds including bald eagles, split tail kites, or hawks during the day, and owls at night. It is not uncommon to see manatee in the early morning, floating along the bank in shallow waters… La Venture Grove truly is a magical place!
