Leading a team of professionals, Ty advises employers on their workforce needs, helping them build more inclusive hiring practices and improve relations with current employees. With an impressive array of credentials, including an MBA, PHR, CFAA-HR, and CWDP, Ty is a force to be reckoned with in the world of HR.
