You will learn types, examples and levels of trauma. You will learn how a trauma informed approach can be implemented in a variety of ways to affect well-being, engagement and retention of your new and long term staff. The training will help leaders and supervisors effectively implement trauma informed approaches within their organizations. Training will be held at: Newlife Training & Events Center - 9923 Poplars Ave NW, SIlverdale, WA There is no cost to attend, attendance is required for all leaders, managers and supervisors working with the Workforce Ready Initiative Interns.
