Most of us have heard the term "inner-child" many times, but may not understand what it actually is referring to, or the impact that it has on our current lives. "Inner Child" basically refers to the connection you have to your child self and your childhood memories. Your inner-child is a part of your subconscious mind. It holds emotions, memories, traumas and beliefs from the past as well as hopes and dreams for the future. Sometimes the events of the past may have had a negative impact on your child self and it can cause issues for you in the present. It is so important to help your inner child to heal and move forward so that we don't remain stuck in the mental & emotional developmental phase that you were at when your needs weren't properly met. It is also important to be connected to the sense of play, curiosity and wonder that your inner child brings into your life. WHAT THIS WORKSHOP INCLUDES: Learning: Diving deep into understanding what our inner child is, what it is trying to tell us, how to connect with it & listent to it, how to nurture it , and how to help bring healing and love to those parts that need it. Connection: Enjoy a deep guided meditation to connect with your inner child at various different stages of your development, to hear what they need to tell you and gain insight and understanding in your current life. We are going to send BIG love and light to our inner children and help to heal and feel safe and unconditionally loved. (about 30 mins) Play time: When is the last time you really allowed yourself to play? During this workshop we are going to play in full on kids mode Tie-Die, games, and activities that bring out the child in you and nurture your sense of fun and playfullness (all supplies included)You will also receive a crystal to take home for your inner child Snacks and Tea will be provided during the event *18&up **Elev8ed vibes is a holistic wellness store with tons of metaphysical and wellness products to shop from.
