This is unlike any other Sound Meditation Course. Each week we will dive into an Energy Center. With the use of sound and guided meditation, we will spend the full time in one center. The last session will go through all the centers. Starting off with the 1 center, the root, and working our way up to the head at the 7th center. Starts May 2nd with Energy Center 1 (Root). We will meet every Tuesday after that going from Energy Center 1 to 7. Week 8 will be all of them. This Sound Meditation will clarify what is coming up. To clear and move forward. You can use this as a start for your inner work. Or to go deeper into what you have already started. Our ego keeps us from moving forward when we get stuck in our heads. We have to get into the body, heart, and gut. When we are too much in our heads, we lose our true selves’ trust. Our heart/gut When we start to do the inner work. It’s going inside and seeing what we have stuffed down that needs to come up. Now it’s not going after all of it. But little bits at a time. What we get out of doing the inner work: Inner work can be a valuable tool for personal growth and development. As it can help you gain greater insight into yourself and make positive changes in your life. To help you better understand and cope with your emotions. And improve your relationships with others. In general, engaging in inner work can help you lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Increased self-awareness Improved relationships Greater emotional resilience Increased creativity and intuition Greater sense of purpose and fulfillment Sound meditation uses sound to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Inner work with sound meditation involves using sound as a tool for self-reflection. I will use different sounds, such as chanting, drumming, chimes, and singing bowls. With the intention of promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and self-exploration. Certain sounds and frequencies can have a healing effect on the body and mind and be engaging. The 8-week series is $197 for in-person for all 8 sessions. Drop in if you don't want to attend all of them, but only want to work on specific sessions. $30 per session.
