May 14th Sunday at the Red Rock Cafe Nook (2nd Floor)  (FREE and donations accepted to help pay for the space) Everyone is welcome-BIPOC, LGBTQ2+, people with disabilities, other marginalized communities, and everyone (including us white identified folks) who seek to end suffering and cultivate happiness. 201 Castro St. Mountain View, CA 94041 9:30 am -10:00 am Social time - Get a coffee or tea and bring upstairs to the Nook or take the elevator on the side of the building up to the 2nd floor Nook 10:00 am- 11:30 am- Meditation, talk, and discussion  Everyone is welcome-BIPOC, LGBTQ2+, people with disabilities, other marginalized communities, and everyone (including us white identified folks) who seek to end suffering and cultivate happiness. Fern (she, her, hers) has been practicing Mindfulness Meditation since 1984, and teaches secular and Buddhist classes. She has studied Soto Zen, Tibetan Buddhism and Insight Meditation. She is a retreat junkie, life learner, and lover of all sentient beings. Fern (she, her, hers) is a retired Financial Advisor, and Entrepreneur. She lives in the Bay Area, the land of the Ohlone people. Health & Safety Vaccination: All teachers, and practitioners must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, which includes at least one booster. Masks are optional. We recommend everyone follow safe practices. Please stay at home if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or if you experience any symptoms or believe there is any possibility that you may have COVID. Do not come to the event and put others in jeopardy if you have known risk of exposure or cold or flu-like symptoms.
