A Report Of A Past Assault. Upon Arrival, Officers Spoke With The Victim Who Stated While Cleaning His Vehicle, A Male Party In Another Vehicle Drove By Him And Demanded Him To Move. The Victim And The Male Party Then Got Into An Argument. During The Argument, The Male Party Brandished What Appeared To Be A Knife Then Left The Area.
