We are a power house mother daughter duo passionate about early childhood development! Together we have 50 years of Early Childhood Development experience. We are the owners of Joy’s Children’s Learning Center Inc. serving infants, toddlers and preschool children. We currently have 4 childcare facilities located in Baldwin Park, Norwalk and La Puente. Joy's Children's Learning Center Inc. will also have two additional sites in Pomona and Riverside coming 2024. There is a great need for quality infant, toddler and preschool facilities. Currently, 90% of families with infants, toddlers, and 3–4-year-olds families must look outside of their community to find childcare services due to a lack of infant, toddler, and preschool programs. You can supply the demand by meeting the need of the lack of childcare centers. YOU can be the one offering a quality improvement program to ensure that children and the families in your communities are supported both culturally, academically, linguistically, social and emotionally. Joy’s Children’s Learning Center Inc. currently has a waitlist of 45 families seeking childcare services. We have in-depth understanding of the enrollment process and keeping our centers full.
