For many of us, the tendency is to turn to activites that numb or escape the discomfort of everyday stress and anxiety. However, doing so may be causing our bodies to store stress, resulting in mental and physical distress.
Applying simple tactis to release and process daily stress can have big impacts on increased well being.
During this 90 minute interactive workshop participants will learn about the stress cycle and its effect on the mental and physical state. Skye Nicholson will share simple and practical self-care tactics to relieve pent-up daily stress.
Participants will be invited into self-reflection and small group discussion.
Skye is the founder and CEO of Soul's Truth Coaching, an empowerment coaching service. Skye has published two books and is active in the locall community. She holds a Masters Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from University of Missouri and is a Fulbright Scholar. Skye's story of personal transformation has been recently featured in the Columbus Magazine, and she has been a guest on several international podcasts.
