OCH Coastal Intertidal MPA Hike (Little Corona to Crystal Cove and Back)

Join OCH in hiking the Crystal Cove Marine Protected Area (MPA) from Little Corona del Mar to Crystal Cove (and back). We will take a hike that is approximately 2.5 miles long through the intertidal zone and learn about the area, the habitat, and its accompanied species. Bring your own water, snack, jacket, and hat/sunscreen and wear sturdy closed-toed shoes. Meet at Lifeguard Tower #7 on Little Corona del Mar Beach at the start time. Parking is available on the residential streets in Corona del Mar, above the beach whose entrance can be found at the south end of Ocean Blvd (Ocean Blvd and Poppy Ave). All registrants must have signed OCH Hike Waiver, minors must have parent/guardian signature. Any guests under 16 years old, must have a parent/guardian in attendance with them. ATTN: Please note that the address listed in the event info is the address closest to the entrance to the beach. Tickets: Space is limited, so be sure to register yourself or family/small group (max 5) early. We ask that all hikers register as an individuals or family. For larger groups (more than 5), individuals should sign up individually or contact us to schedule a tour for just your group (949.697.8651 or [email protected]). Duplicate ticket orders will be removed to allow space for other hikers.
